Authenticity

"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." ~ Oscar Wilde

Authenticity begins with being honest with ourselves.  That is not an easy process.  It's not actually about what anyone else perceives.  People see what they see, and even when you attempt to be authentically open (which is rare, except in very special relationships), people still tend to see what they see.

It takes very deep work, but it's worth it.  Who are you, really?  And who are you growing to be?
